Fipola - wins Times Business Awards as the "Best Meat Retailer" - Tamilnadu 2020. It may be a great news for many, but NOT for me - a senior citizen, who is yet to get (as of 30-Sept) the refund of Rs 304/- towards non fulfillment of order # 101616 dated 9-April-2020 (Masala Fried Chicken) despite a written assurances (per mail) by Salar Bijili, Head of eCommerce & Mr Arun G. Wish the eminent judges had considered the "rate of fulfillment of orders" & "customer delight levels"..!! And when Fipola collects the award, they should realise how they enriched themselves at the cost of persons like me.
